Ilika Architects was founded in 2017 by Architect Vasu Dev Sharma with a simple working principle: a design is only as good as its coordination with structure, services and the way people actually live or work in it.
That principle has carried the studio from individual residence commissions to multi-specialty hospitals, diagnostic centres, hospitality projects and commercial developments: 498 projects and counting, across Architectural Planning, Interior Design, Grid Vastu Planning, Structural & MEP Coordination, Site Supervision and full Turnkey execution.
We work in five typologies: Residence, Commercial, Hospitality, Grid Vastu Planning and Turnkey, and treat each with the same site-first discipline, whether the brief is a single apartment interior or a hospital block built end to end.

Beyond our studio in India, Ilika Architects has spent over six years in an ongoing design collaboration with Vinit J Mistry of Concept to Completion, working together on design projects in the United States. As a team, this partnership has let us carry the same site-first, coordinated design discipline we practice at home into work delivered thousands of miles away, consistently, for six years and counting.
