MEP and structural coordination is where most site-stage rework begins if it isn't resolved on paper first. We work with structural and MEP consultants from the schematic stage so ducting, plumbing risers, electrical routing and structural members are checked against each other before drawings reach site, reducing clashes, ceiling-height surprises and change orders during construction.
